Lenovo Laptop AC Adapter Not Charging

"Question:I have a Lenovo G Series (i think g series) laptop and when i plug the charger in, it doesnt do anything. It doesnt show the little sign that says its charging, nothing!"
Answer:"1. Disconnect the laptop Ac power supply.
2. Shut down the computer.
3. Remove the battery
4. Connect the A/C power supply
5. Start the computer.
6. Under Battery... (here's the problem, -where is "battery?" I searched, and finally remembered it is under Control Panel, then System, then Device Driver, then Battery)
7. Click on Battery (at the top), and then right click on all entries that say Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery, and select uninstall.
8. Shut the computer down.
9. Disconnect the lenovo laptop power supply.
10. Insert the battery.
11. Insert the A/C power supply.
12. Start the computer.
13. It should be fixed"
if the lenovo laptop ac adapter also not work, I would highly suggest you look into getting a new one as soon as possible. According to your question, the Lenovo 40Y7696 charger states that its charger but its not. This just means the charger light is working properly, its just not charging properly. Look into getting a new charger as soon as possible. Make sure you get one from a reliable source instead of a cheap knock off on like ebay or something. I would personally suggest you visit laptopadaptercharger.com.au. They are very reputable and have great service. They include 60 days money back guarantee, and 1-year warranty so if the Lenovo 40Y7659 adapter ever stops working, they would replace it at no additional cost, for life.
