Mais la batterie ne se charge pas

Bonjour,
j'ai 3 jours que j'ai acheté un pc portable hp probook 4510s . quand je branche l'alimentation (secteur et cordon d'alimentation) le pc s'alimente de l'électricité d'extérieure mais la batterie ne se charge pas . mais quand je la débranche il utilise la batterie qui va se diminue en niveau de la charge,chargeur HP HSTNN-HA03.
le résumé: le secteur et le cordon d'alimentation ne fait qu' alimenter le pc si ce dernier est sous tension mais si le pc est hors tension rien ne se fait
comme il n'y a pas de relation entre le secteur+cordon est la batterie malgré il y a le feu qui indique la chargement .et aussi dans le windows il est indiqué que la batterie hp probook 4510s est en cours de se charger mais le pourcentage de chargement n'augmente plus .
je ne sais pas ou il y a le problème.donc je pense que j'ai besoin de vos aides .

avec plusieurs essais et recherches dans d'autre forums j'ai trouvé une solution astuce .... pas besoin de racheter une batterie ni envoyer ton pc en réparation. C'est tout simple :
1 - Brancher ton ordi avec la batterie pc portable au secteur
2 - L'allumer normalement jusqu'à ce que Windows soit charger
3 - Ordinateur allumer, retirer la batterie (cela ne risque rien vous êtes sur secteur)
4 - Remettre la batterie
5 - Miracle : message de batterie hp 4510s : 0% disponibles (branché, en charge)
6 - Observer avec plaisir le % de la batterie augmenter petit a petit....

Y'en a marre de se faire ex croquer par les grosses industries!!!!!

c'est mon réponse et comme même je veut savoir d'autres solutions de vous si vous avez pour remédier à ce problème très répandu dans les pc portables.
écrivez vos solutions parce que il faut nous cotiser "solutions" et coopérer pour pouvoir convaincre se difficile problème
