Question:"Should I leave the lenovo battery charger plugged in the wall when not charging my laptop?"
Answer:"This is what I have read that is the correct way to use a laptop.
Charge the battery to 100% then unplug and use the laptop until it is almost "empty".
Then charge it back up to 100% and use it until it is low before recharging back to 100%.
The theory is that any time you recharge you should charge it as much as possible. ( from low to 100%). If you only charge it half way ( from 50% to 100%) then you will only be able to use it for half as long before it shows empty again.
I have an HP notebook and when it was new it would run about 2 hours. But I usually left it plugged in and did not use the battery much at all. In a short time ( about 2-3 months) my battery run time was only about five minutes. After buying a new battery and lenovo adlx45nlc3a and using it the same way I now have the same results. Runtime about five minutes.
So from my experience leaving it plugged in while using it is not a good idea. Evidently doing that will shorten battery life.

They lose charge from cycling (draining and charging), so it's better to run the laptop off the charger than to keep unplugging it. Actually, it's even better to remove the battery when you're using the laptop on the charger because the heat is bad for the battery, but that's not strictly necessary."

no, unplug when fully charged. better yet, if you plan to use the laptop a lot in one place where you have a plug in; remove the battery when it is about 40% charged. use the laptop ac adapter as power and store the battery in a cool dry place.
